Changes may be made at any time by advertisers using their own Passwords;
One (1) free change may be made to the details upon request from the advertiser
by seasonalwork.co.nz, though a new job description, location or dates will be
regarded as a new advertisement
Seasonalwork.co.nz will advertise the site to draw potential employees
Seasonalwork.co.nz takes no responsibility for any relationship between the
worker and the employer
The onus remains with employers to check work eligibility
Information contained and derived from this site is for personal use only
and may not be sold or redistributed.
Advertisers may not refer applicants or enquires generated through the seasonalwork.co.nz website onto a 3rd party.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or
distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software.
You must not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by
these terms of use.
Seasonalwork.co.nz reserves the right to refuse to accept advertisements which
it deems to be not suitable for this site
Information will be withdrawn after 5 days of any accounts being outstanding
Refunds are available only within the first 2 weeks of posting the
advertised position, or within 2 weeks of the position starting, whichever comes
first
All prices and transactions are in $NZ. Payment on Invoice (no Statements
sent) within 20 days invoice date. Payment can be made by Cheque or Automatic
Payment as detailed on the invoice Seasonalwork.co.nz has provided links to Internet sites maintained by third
parties. Such linked sites are not under the control of seasonalwork.co.nz and we
not responsible for the contents. Seasonalwork.co.nz is not responsible for the
copyright compliance of any linked site.
All communications from this website are from Seasonalwork.co.nz. Agencies
may not contact employers.
Conditions for refer a friend "WANT TO EARN $100?" deal.
1. To a earn vouchers and become a 'Partner' the advertisers refereed must be a 'new, fully paid, subscriber'.
2. 'New subscriber' means the customer has not listed with Seasonalwork.co.nz within the last 18 months.
3. The full $100 is only payable on full priced yearly subscriptions ($395). Accommodation listings ($110) attract a $30 voucher and monthly listings do not get a voucher.
4. Partners' are responsible for contacting us to claim their voucher.
5. Vouchers will only be posted on full receipt of payment by the advertiser.
6. Voucher will be Supermarket, Fuel or travel vouchers or similar at seasonalwork.co.nz's discretion. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
7. 'Partners' are not employees of Seasonalwork.co.nz. Seasonalwork.co.nz accepts no liability for claims, or losses suffered by advertisers. Seasonalwork.co.nz is not bound by any agreements or offers made by partners on its behalf except as specifically detailed above.
8. 'Partners' are not employees of Seasonalwork.co.nz and cannot collect or receive money or attract expenses on its behalf.
